Our biggest investment is in our people. Lodestar offers each member of our team with continuing education and both internal and external training to ensure that our team stays ahead of industry trends, develops and enhances their skills, maintains current certifications and licenses, and provides support for their career advancement.
Our shared core values have instilled in each of our employees the responsibility to give back in the communities where we operate and to assist those less fortunate. Lodestar provides Paid-Time-Off (PTO) each quarter to encourage every team member to give back. We love that our team embraces this benefit and makes meaningful contributions in their local communities.

We are honored and grateful to the nearly 25% of our workforce who made the sacrifice to serve our country (including several who continue to serve today). We proudly hire veterans! Why? Every year we challenge ourselves to seek new opportunities to serve. Our team members proudly commit their time and energy to organize, plan, and support numerous causes that impact us, our communities, and our nation. We are proud our team has raised (and company-matched) important funds to support causes such as mental health awareness, military veterans, under-privileged children and families, and the Wounded Warriors Foundation.
